At SKE, we believe that ethics and compliance are the two most important pillars to sustain corporate governance. Our goal is to ensure that all business activities are guided by our values, the moral and ethical principles of the VINCI Group and those of our customers. All SKE managers and employees receive annual corporate ethics and compliance training and is are required to comply with VINCI’s Ethical Charter and Code of Conduct, Code of Conduct against Corruption, in addition to specific codes of conduct tailored to the needs of our customers.

Like all VINCI Group companies, we are committed to the principles of the UN Global Compact. Together with many other companies worldwide, VINCI is a signatory to this United Nations initiative, which promotes active environmental protection, the responsible and humane treatment of employees, and the fight against corruption and bribery.
